Exclusion method.
1、Concentricity should be adjusted to within 0.1MM.
2、Amend the shaft coupling.
3、 Repair or replace the oil pump.
4、Increase the oil volume in the oil filtering outline and joint position above 400mm.
5、Replace the rotation shaft seal.
6、Clean the oil strainer and filter the oil.
7、Clean the oil strainer and filter the oil.
8、Lock the oil return line and extend the oil return line to below the oil surface.
Second, motor noise
Causes of failure.
1、The motor bearing is damaged.
2、Motor coil winding failure.
3、Motor wiring error, when the system pressure rises, the noise increases.
Exclusion method.
1、Replace the connecting bearing.
2、Replace or repair the motor.
3、Refer to the wiring diagram for wiring again.
Third, the noise of the total pressure valve (relief valve)
1、The pilot valve of the relief valve has air in the front chamber.
2、The damping hole on the main valve heart of the relief valve is blocked by oil and dirt. 3、The pilot valve and the valve seat are not tightly fitted with strains.
4, Spring deformation or wrong installation.
5、The oil flow at the remote control port is too large.
6、The viscosity of hydraulic oil is too low or too high.
7、 Resonance with components in the circuit.
Exclusion methods.
1, strengthen the seal, repeatedly lift the commissioning pressure several times exhaust.
2、Clean the valve body, so that the damping hole is clear.
3、Repair or replace.
4、Overhaul and replace the spring.
5、Reduce the remote control port flow management.
6、Replace the oil.
7, other components pressure setting can not be similar to the pressure setting of the relief valve.
Four, hydraulic cylinder noise
1, the fluid mixed with air or hydraulic cylinder in the air is not completely exhausted, in the role of high pressure cavitation phenomenon and cause a large noise. At this time, the air must be exhausted in time.
